aka Alpine Pennycress, Wild Candytuft. There are two species of pennycress found in the Park. Field Pennycress (T. arvense) is taller than N. fendleri (16″ or 40 cm vs. 8″ or 20 cm), has fewer basal leaves, and longer stem leaves. It is believed that this plant is the fendleri although good leaf details aren’t shown. This plant was found outside the park boundary. Common is open areas at between 5,000′ to 7,000′ elevation.
