aka Sedum lanceolatum, Lance-leaved Stonecrop. The small lance-shaped leaves are very fleshy and are more like little cigars, only 1/8″ – 1/4″ (3 – 7 mm) long. They alternate on the stems, which are 2″ 4″ tall, and at the base in rosettes. The yellow flowers are in parts of 5s, e.g. petals, stamens, etc. Usually found on talus slopes and rocky ridges between 6,000′ to 7,500′ elevation.
