Rydberg's Arnica
aka Subalpine Arnica, Subalpine Leopardbane. Rydberg’s generally ranges east of the Cascades and therefore uncommon within the Park. A low plant to 1′ (30 cm) in height with two or three pairs of small leaves on the stems; lower leaves are larger, lanceolate, to about 4″ (10 cm). Rare. When found likely to on open slopes in the high subalpine, lower alpine zones.
