Slender Mountain Sandwort
aka Arenaria capillaris, Thread-leaved Sandwort. The flowered stems rise up to 1′ (30 cm) above loose mats of narrow linear basal leaves. The white flowers, while perhaps not as showy as other sandworts, are nevertheless quite eloquent. Commonly found on dry rocky slopes at between 5,000′ to 7,000′ elevation.
