Three-forked Artemisia
aka Forked Wormwood, Three-forked Mugwort. “Three-forked” refers to its leaves which are divided into three. The leaves and stems are silvery-hairy. The pale yellow, or cream, flower heads are wooly and cluster on a spike-like raceme rising to as tall as 1′ (30 cm). Rare, found on a few open ridges above 6,000′ elevation.
