White Willow-herb
aka White-flower Willowherb. Relatively tall with stems to 14″ (35 cm) with white and cream colored, sometimes pinkish, flowers. Grows in a variety of habitats from meadows and streambanks to rocky slopes 5,000 to 7,000 feet elevation.

Species:

lactiflorum means 'with milky white flowers'
Photo location: While not uncommon this was a delightful surprise found on the north side of a rock outcroppping beyond the end of the Paradise Glacier trail (approx. 46.807140 N, 121.713882 W, approx. 6,500′).
